Une femme a intenté une action en justice de 3,6 millions de dollars après avoir prétendu avoir subi des blessures pouvant changer sa vie en conduisant sur un nid-de-poule à Portland. Selon le journal The Oregonian, la femme affirme avoir subi des lésions sérieuses et permanentes après avoir heurté un énorme nid-de-poule sur la route. Elle affirme que la ville aurait dû savoir que le nid-de-poule était dangereux et aurait dû le réparer. La femme demande des dommages-intérêts pour ses blessures et les coûts médicaux associés. La ville de Portland n’a pas encore commenté cette affaire.
