WASHINGTON — La police de DC a annoncé vendredi avoir procédé à une arrestation dans une affaire de meurtre non résolu datant de 1990.

Le meurtre de James E. Lewis avait laissé les autorités perplexes pendant des décennies, mais grâce à un persistant travail d’enquête, un individu a finalement été appréhendé.
