Une femme de Washington DC qui a été témoin de la mort brutale de son petit ami lors d’un accident de délit de fuite se souvient de lui deux ans plus tard. Rachel Patel se souvient de l’incident tragique impliquant son petit ami Rakesh Patel. Ce dernier a été tué lors d’un vol de voiture qui a mal tourné en 2019.
